Founder, StartiQOS AI
The founder
Hi, I'mShashwat Sharma.
I build least-privilege access control for AI agents, verified knowledge systems, and AI-native transformation for teams — and I teach exactly how I did it.
How it started
In January 2026, StartiQOS AI was an idea in a notebook. No team, no network, no playbook — just a problem worth solving.
The journey
From notebook to a real company.
Seven chapters — the wins, the mistakes, and what each one taught me.
January 2026
Chapter 01
An idea in a notebook
It started on paper: a belief that AI agents should only ever hold the access they truly need. I had the idea and the will to build it — nothing else.
The beginning
Chapter 02
Solo founder, zero network
No co-founder, no team, no contacts. Every role was mine — engineer, marketer, salesperson, designer and support desk, all at once.
The hard part
Chapter 03
The expensive lessons
I made the mistakes most founders make. I spent time on the wrong things, built before I listened, and learned client handling, marketing, social media, content creation and sales the hard way — through real scenarios, not theory.
The turning point
Chapter 04
AI ran my business first
Before selling AI to anyone, I used it on myself. I automated my own operations, experimented relentlessly and pushed every tool to its limit — until AI was quietly running the work that once ate my days.
The build
Chapter 05
One product. Three services.
From that notebook came a complete product — least-privilege access control for AI agents — and three services businesses rely on: verified knowledge systems (RAG), AI agents & automation, and AI-native department and enterprise transformation.
Today
Chapter 06
A team, a network, a method
The founder who started with zero interaction now works with a strong team and the right connections. Not by luck — by one loop, repeated: learn, build, grow, and repeat.
Why I teach
Chapter 07
So you skip my mistakes
Startiqos Academy exists so students and solo founders don't lose the time I lost. You get the real path — the tools, the systems and the lessons — learned by doing it first.
The method
Learn. Build. Grow. Repeat.
The one loop that took me from zero interaction to a team — and the same loop the academy teaches.
- 1
Learn
Master the fundamentals and the tools — properly, not superficially.
- 2
Build
Ship real things. Experiment. Let reality correct you.
- 3
Grow
Take it to clients and the market. Earn, connect, improve.
- 4
Repeat
Every loop compounds. That's how zero becomes a team.
What I build
One product. Three services. One academy.
Build the product
Least-privilege access control for AI agents — StartiQOS AI.
Verified knowledge systems
RAG systems that answer from your real data, with sources you can trust.
AI-native transformation
Turning departments and enterprises AI-native, one workflow at a time.
Teach builders
Startiqos Academy — for students and solo founders, from AI basics to clients.
Lessons learned the hard way
What I'd tell my January self.
These are the lessons that cost me the most time — and the ones every student and solo founder gets on day one at the academy.
- 01
Talk to clients before you build — it saves months.
- 02
Automate your own work before you sell automation.
- 03
Content and social media are a system, not a mood.
- 04
Pricing, proposals and contracts matter as much as code.
- 05
A small, real network beats a large, silent one.
- 06
Consistency beats intensity. Repeat the loop.
How I think
Principles over shortcuts.
Quality over quantity
Real experience, not theory alone
Honest about what works and what doesn't
Build in public, grow together
