Refund PolicyFair, clear, honest.

We want you to enroll with full clarity. This policy explains exactly when you can claim a refund, when you cannot, and how we handle every request. It applies to all paid courses offered by Startiqos Academy, operated by Shashwat Sharma ("Startiqos Academy", "we", "us").

The essentials

In short.

The key points at a glance. The full policy below always applies.

Refunds are for genuine cases: if we fail to deliver what the course page promises.

Classes not conducted, content or notes not provided, mentorship or reviews not given, or generic projects instead of the promised real ones — you can claim.

Change of mind, not attending, or not getting a job or clients — not refundable.

Using or sharing the course content and then asking for a refund — not refundable.

Notes, projects and ideas are updated batch to batch. That is not a reason for a refund.

Claim by email with details within 7 days of the issue. We reply within 2 working days.

01

Our commitment

When you enroll, we commit to delivering everything listed for your course on the Courses page: live sessions, recordings, notes, projects, mentorship, reviews, frameworks and community access. If we do not deliver these as promised, you are entitled to raise a refund claim under this policy.

02

When you are eligible for a refund

You can claim a refund only in genuine cases where Startiqos Academy has failed to deliver what was promised, for example:

  • Live classes are not conducted as scheduled and are not rescheduled or replaced with an equivalent session.
  • Course content, session recordings or notes promised for your course are not provided.
  • Sessions are not properly conducted — for example, a session ends far short of its planned scope without being completed later.
  • Mentorship, doubt-clearing sessions or reviews of your work promised for your course are not provided.
  • You are given generic, copy-paste projects instead of the real, hands-on projects described for your course.
  • GitHub workspace support, project reviews, or LinkedIn and GitHub profile optimization help promised for your course is not provided.
  • We cancel the batch, or postpone its start by more than 30 days, and you do not wish to join the new date.

Each claim is reviewed against the course page, the curriculum and these terms. If the claim is genuine, we will approve it.

03

When a refund is not given

Refunds are not given in the following cases:

  • Change of mind, or no longer having time, after enrolling or after the batch has started.
  • Not attending live sessions, not completing tasks, or not submitting work on GitHub, while the sessions and support were provided.
  • Not getting a job, clients or income. We train you properly and give you the systems; results depend on your effort, and we never guarantee them.
  • Accessing or downloading the course content — recordings, notes, GitHub content, kits or projects — and then requesting a refund while everything promised was delivered.
  • Sharing, publishing, reselling or giving away course content (recordings, notes, GitHub repositories, kits, session material) to others, for free or paid. This also leads to removal from the course.
  • Changes to notes, projects, examples or ideas between batches or sessions. Course material is updated batch-wise to stay current; this is part of the course, not a failure to deliver.
  • Schedule changes that are announced in advance and where the session is still delivered.
  • Requests made after the claim window, or claims that are false, exaggerated or not supported by facts.
  • Removal from the course or community for breaking our Terms (for example harassment, spam or content sharing).

How to claim a refund

Email shashwatdogra31@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request — [your name]" and include:

  1. 1

Your full name, registered email and the course you enrolled in.

  2. 2

    Your payment ID or receipt.

  3. 3

What was not delivered, with dates and any supporting details (for example, the missed session or the missing material).

Requests must be made within 7 days of the issue occurring (for example, within 7 days of a missed class or of the date a promised item was due), and before the course ends.

05

Review and decision

  1. 1

We acknowledge your request within 2 working days.

  2. 2

We review it against the course page, curriculum, session records and these terms. We may first offer to fix the issue — for example, by conducting the missed session or providing the missing material — where that fully resolves it.

  3. 3

We share a written decision within 7 working days of receiving all details.

06

Refund amount

  • If we cancel the batch before it starts: a full refund.
  • If part of the course was delivered and part was not: a refund proportional to the undelivered part.
  • If a promised item was not delivered at all and cannot be fixed: a refund decided fairly based on its share of the course.

Payment gateway charges, if any, are not added on top of the refund amount.

07

Processing time

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay, within 7 to 10 working days of approval. The time for the money to appear depends on your bank or UPI provider.

08

Free workshops and Founder Services

Free weekend workshops involve no payment, so no refund applies. Founder Services are covered by the terms in each client's written agreement.

09

Before you buy

Please read the full Courses page, the curriculum, our Terms and this policy before enrolling. We explain everything in detail so you know exactly what you are getting. If anything is unclear, ask us first — book a 15-minute course call or message us on WhatsApp.
