We offer live, practical AI courses (currently AI Builder Essentials and the AI Engineer & Freelancer Program), free weekend building workshops, and Founder Services for businesses. Each course's content, duration, sessions and inclusions are described on the Courses page at the time you enroll; that description forms part of these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
• You must provide accurate information when applying and keep your contact details up to date.

   Your seat is confirmed only after successful payment. Batch seats are limited and offered on a first-paid basis.

   The Batch 1 student offer requires a valid college ID, which we verify before you pay.

   Providing false information or a fake ID cancels the offer. We may revoke access or charge the regular price.

   Batch start dates, schedules and joining details are shared with you by email after enrollment.

• Access to live sessions, recordings, notes, GitHub workspace, kits and the private community is personal and non-transferable.
• Do not share your login, joining links, recordings, notes, GitHub repositories, kits or any course material with anyone, publicly or privately, free or paid.
• Do not record, download, re-upload, resell or redistribute live sessions or course material, unless we explicitly allow it.
• Breaking these rules leads to immediate removal from the course and community without a refund, and we may take legal action to protect our content.

AI changes fast, so we update our notes, projects, examples, tools and ideas batch by batch, and sometimes session by session. The core curriculum promised on the Courses page stays the same; the specific material may differ between batches. These updates are part of the course and are not grounds for a refund.

• All course material — recordings, notes, kits, frameworks, templates, curriculum and branding — belongs to Startiqos Academy and is protected by copyright.
• The projects and code you build are yours. You may show them in your portfolio and on your GitHub.
• For capstone work built for a real organization, ownership and confidentiality follow what is agreed with that organization.

We teach AI properly, provide real projects, frameworks and reviews, and prepare you for AI-related work. We do not guarantee a job, clients, income or any specific result. Outcomes depend on your effort, consistency and circumstances.

Session times may change for genuine reasons. We will inform you in advance by email or in the community, and missed sessions are rescheduled or recorded. We may update the course to improve it; we will not remove a promised core inclusion without offering an equivalent or a remedy under the Refund Policy.

Courses use third-party tools and AI services (for example model APIs, automation platforms and GitHub). Many have free tiers. Any paid accounts, API usage or hardware you choose to use are your own responsibility and cost, and are governed by those providers' terms.

• Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, spam, self-promotion without permission, or sharing paid content is not allowed.
• Do not misuse the AI skills you learn for fraud, spam, privacy violations or any illegal purpose.
• We may remove anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), with taxes as applicable. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details. Refunds are handled only under our Refund Policy.

Free workshops are offered as-is, may be changed or cancelled, and do not include course access, reviews or certificates unless stated.

Essentials learners receive a certificate of completion. Full Program learners receive a certificate after their capstone is reviewed. Certificates confirm participation and completion, not employment.

Founder Services (brand, story, launch and AI implementation) are governed by a separate written agreement with each client, including scope, pricing, confidentiality and NDA terms.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income or opportunities.

You agree to compensate Startiqos Academy for losses caused by your breach of these Terms, including unauthorised sharing of course material.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time; refunds follow the Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, internet or platform outages, or government action. We will reschedule affected sessions where possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith through our Grievance Officer. If unresolved, the courts at Chandigarh, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always on this page with its date. Changes do not reduce what was promised for a course you have already paid for.
